You can return the items within 14 days from the date you received them. Please contact us promptly for the return process.

After 14 days from the date of receipt, no returns will be accepted.

Conditions

1. All items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any item that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
2. Items can only be returned for size issues, wrong items, and defective/damaged items during shipping.

3. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to TJ On Trend.

 How to submit a return?

1. Please send an email to info@tjontrend.com.
2. The email format should include your order number and the issue you are experiencing.
3. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your email.
4. Refunds via PayPal will be processed within approximately 48 hours.
5. Refunds to credit cards will take approximately 7-14 business days.
